East Union Cemetery was established in 1872. We are a non-profit, self-sustained, community-based organization. Our cemetery is managed and operated by lot owners/shareholders, and we uphold and respect the Cemetery Companies Act, the Funeral Services Act, and the California Regulations, our policies, terms and conditions, and cemetery by-laws.

Our Volunteer Cemetery Association members are dedicated members sharing their gifts and talents for the benefit of our Cemetery. The East Union Cemetery board oversees volunteers to ensure efficient administration, ground and equipment maintenance, and the cemetery’s perpetual and interment care. The cemetery also provides year-round interments when possible.

Cemetery members and volunteers of the East Union Cemetery Association care for our cemetery and are dedicated to providing a dignified cemetery experience. We believe that all persons should be treated with courtesy, compassion, respect, and dignity.

East Union Cemetery Association provides a sacred place of faith, hope, prayer, and comfort-a pleasant and caring environment worthy of a life to be remembered. We are the place for an everlasting tribute to your family.

East Union Cemetery Association is an Endowment Care cemetery. We are licensed under the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Cemetery & Funeral Bureau.
